Current Research:

Stacie is currently working toward a Ph.D. in Wildlife Ecology.  Her dissertation research will combine techniques from epidemiology, genetic analysis, landscape ecology, and spatial modeling to address questions related to chronic wasting disease in the Wisconsin white-tailed deer population.

She received her BS in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology from Louisiana State University and completed her MS in Environmental Science/Wildlife Resources at the University of Idaho.  Her academic background is focused on the ecology and conservation genetics of wildlife populations.

Advisor: Dr. Michael Samuel

Education:

M.S. Environmental Science/Wildlife Resources, University of Idaho

B.S.  Wildlife & Fisheries Biology, Louisiana State University
