New Student Information Guide

Orientation

We will have two orientation events, if students are unable to attend they must notify Sara by August 15th.

  • New Student Orientation,Tuesday, August 26, 2014 at 9:00 am in Room A228 Russell Labs – this session will provide a general overview of funding, benefits, degree requirements, e-reimbursement, building and IT resources, Steenbock Library, and a lunch with current student representatives and faculty members; a continental breakfast will also be provided
  • Benefits Sign-up Session, Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 9:30 am in Room A120 Russell Labs – this session is for students funded through Forest & Wildlife Ecology and will give students a chance to sign-up for their benefits, Sheila Timme and other HR staff will be on hand to answer questions

Students who begin their funding in Summer 2014 need to contact Sheila Timme (608-263-4520) to set up their benefits when they arrive.
